A major focus of Flemish Government is Duaal Leren, learning in the workplace. To give young people the chance to develop under the wings of independent entrepreneurs and their employees. Throughout Flanders, there are now thousands of workplaces where independent entrepreneurs and employees actively support young people; 
However, we find that many entrepreneurs still have questions about workplace learning.

Tips and tricks when coaching new employees, Karl Mortier, Master Trainer and Coach, The House of Coaching

Karl Mortier has more than 20 years' experience as a trainer and coach.  He opens up the topic to communication with employees  and how to deal with young people and new employees.  A treasure chest full of tips and tricks. 

It is an interactive session with some real-life testimonials on workplace learning and dealing with new employees. Sharing experiences and learning from each other is key.  

This evening runs in collaboration with PMO for retail, UNIZO Ypres Division and The House of Coaching.
