As a result, his past ways of dealing with life, which were mainly driven from the belly, are now supported by methodologies and models, he likes to share with people who ask for it.

Hans has used this blend of psychology and transformation to support individuals and organizations in a wide range of activities: he has been involved in the go-to-market of Windows 95, Mobistar, Orange, various products from P&G, and HP. Hans used his expertise for Microsoft Western and Central Europe, and MEA. He developed various strategic training programs including Shiny Goals Business Development with which he inspired countless companies in Europe in a successful go-to-market and profitability of new products and concepts.
