You come out of a long meeting, conference-call, training or you are tired after intense work on the computer. You have a hard time refocusing. This is a typical and common phenomenon. Coffee or an energy snack only bring a temporary solution.

Learn specific brain gym techniques to 'reset' your brain so you can quickly function again.

The session is active and physical. So make sure you wear appropriate loose clothing.
