"Passion is what gets you out of bed in the morning with a feeling of purpose and what gives you satisfaction in the long term."

Exercise on passion:

  • Take a marker and sheet of paper
  • put your hand on the sheet and draw the outline of your hand
  • think about what made you passionate as a child of 8
  • write this on each finger of your drawn hand
  • what passions from your childhood can you link to what you do today
