After this workshop, you will be able to manage stress effectively, both in your work and personal life. You will practise techniques to reduce stress, overcome anxiety and refocus throughout the day. You will also delve into Dr Diana Breacher's 5-factor model of resilience, which includes mindfulness, optimism, gratitude, grit and compassion. We explore the biology of stress and how it contributes to resilience. You will learn how skills such as problem-solving, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence contribute to building resilience.
