Emotions seem to run high, but you struggle to understand them or respond to them effectively. Or maybe you have noticed that your team members sometimes struggle with stress and emotions, affecting collaboration and productivity. Emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in situations like these, which is why we would like to invite you to our training course "Emotional Intelligence for Leaders".

This one-day workshop is specially designed for executives, to help you strengthen your emotional intelligence and deal effectively with emotions, both in yourself and others. We have put together two engaging modules, based on Goleman's model, that will teach you essential skills to take your leadership to new heights.

Module 1: Recognising emotions

In the first module, "Recognising Emotions", we will focus on developing awareness and recognising emotions. You will learn how to better tune into and understand your own emotions more effectively. In addition, you will learn to recognise the signals of emotions in others and show empathy. These skills will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of your team members and provide better support.

Module 2: Regulating emotions

In the second module, "Regulating Emotions", you will learn how to regulate emotions effectively, both in yourself and in your interactions with others. You will develop strategies to cope with stress, maintain emotional balance and deal constructively with challenging situations. This will enable you to influence the emotions of others and create a positive and supportive work environment.
